What areas do you serve?
I'm based in Louisville, KY and travel anywhere within 3-4 hours.
Travel fees apple based on distance (listed on the Pricing Page)
Do you offer custom colors or themes?
Yes! All balloon décor and party favors can be customized to match your event's colors theme, or style.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on my schedule.
How long do balloon garlands last?
Indoor garlands can last days to weeks.
Outdoor garlands can last several hours, depending on weather conditions.
Can I pick up a Grab & Go garland?
Yes! Grab & Go garlands are available in 4ft, 5ft, 6ft, and 8ft - all sizes designed to fit inside most cars and SUVs.
Can I rent the backdrop panels by themselves?
No - backdrop panels can only be rented with balloon décor.
What sizes do the panels come in?
I offer 5ft, 6ft, and 7.2ft arch panels
You can book a single, double, or triple panel setup.
How long is the bounce house rental?
All bounce houses include 2 hours of rental time.
Do you make filled party favors?
Yes! All favors come filled and assembled, ready to hand out.
Are bounce houses cleaned?
Yes! Each bounce houses is fully cleaned and sanitized before every rental
Do you set up and take down the bounce houses?
Yes - delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental price
What ages can use your bounce house?
Mini Bounce House - great for ages 5 & under
10ft Castle Bounce House - best for ages 12 & under
Do I need to supervise the bounce house?
Yes - adult supervision is required at all times during use
What is the minimum order for party favors?
Minimum order is 10 for each item type
Can I mix and match party favors?
Yes! You can mix and match any combination of kids' and adults' favors. Bundle discounts are available for ordering 3, 5, and 7 different items.
Do you offer custom designs for party favors?
Absolutely! I can match your party's colors, theme, characters, and style
Do you make filled party favors?
Yes! All favors come filled and assembled, ready to hand out.
Is there a deposit?
Yes - a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 3 days before your event.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?
Absolutely - Elevated Events is a proud LGBTQIA+ friendly business. All families, identies, and celebrations are welcome
What happens if I need to cancel?
The retainer is non-refundable.
If you cancel before full payment, no additional charges apply.
If full payment was already made, only the remaining balance is eligible for refund (case-by-case).
Can balloons be set up outside?
Yes, but outdoor setups are weather-dependent. Heat, cold, wind, and rain can affect balloon durability
What happens if weather is bad?
We can:
- Move the décor indoors
- Adjust the design
- Reschedule if possible
- Or cancel balloon décor and refund remaining balance (retainer is non-refundable)
Bounce Houses cannot be used in:
- Strong wind
- Rain
- Storm conditions
